Light “French Toast”

This could possibly be the easiest french toast recipe ever. Ok, so it’s not really french toast, it’s more like cinnamon bread but doesn’t french toast just sound much better? The great thing about this is that it’s really low in calorie, so if you are watching your figure or are just health conscious, this recipe is for you!

Don't mind the Starbucks... or do if you're addicted to coffee like me!


1 Bagel (I used a plain Bagel Thin)
1 Tbsp Brummel and Brown Yogurt “butter”
Sugar or Stevia (optional)


Preheat broiler. Spread Brummel and Brown evenly over the two slices of bagel. Sprinkle on some cinnamon (and some sugar or stevia if you want). Place in the broiler for about 3 minutes (but keep checking it because you never know with those things). Your “french toast” is ready when the edges of the bagel are golden brown. Enjoy!

Calories: about 150 (Can’t beat that!!)
